Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 5 medium potatoes, sliced
- milk
Method
- Lightly brown hamburger and onion in frying pan.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- When browned, add soup and paprika.
- Put a layer of potatoes on bottom of buttered casserole; cover with layer of meat mixture, then another layer of potatoes.
- Pour enough milk over all until it shows around the edges.
- Bake at 350° until potatoes are done.
