Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Method
- Combine beef, egg, garlic salt, onion and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce. Flatten out mixture to line bottom and sides of large nonstick pie plate.
- Bake in 450° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
- Remove from oven and pour on remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano and return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cut in 6 pie shaped pieces.
