Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 15 oz can veg-all, drained
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup
  • mashed potatoes
  • sliced cheese
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Red pepper

Method

  • Cook onion in small amount of oil until tender; add meat and cook until no longer pink.
  • Drain well.
  • Season with paprika, chili powder and crushed red pepper to taste.
  • Stir well, add vegetables and soup.
  • Mix well; place in greased casserole and cover completely with mashed potatoes.
  • Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
  • Top each serving with a slice of cheese if desired.
