Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 15 oz can veg-all, drained
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- mashed potatoes
- sliced cheese
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Red pepper
Method
- Cook onion in small amount of oil until tender; add meat and cook until no longer pink.
- Drain well.
- Season with paprika, chili powder and crushed red pepper to taste.
- Stir well, add vegetables and soup.
- Mix well; place in greased casserole and cover completely with mashed potatoes.
- Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
- Top each serving with a slice of cheese if desired.
