Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo (optional)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 pinches tarragon oregano
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Saute onion and meat until pinkness disappears and onion is soft.
  • Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into pie crust.
  • Combine sour cream and eggs.
  • Pour over top of pie and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until crust is brown, approximately 45 minutes.
