Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust (deep dish)
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo (optional)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 pinches tarragon oregano
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Saute onion and meat until pinkness disappears and onion is soft.
- Turn off heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Combine sour cream and eggs.
- Pour over top of pie and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° until crust is brown, approximately 45 minutes.
