- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 pinches red pepper (optional)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together; let set for 24 hours.
- Form into 1/4-inch bars and put into dryer for 6 to 8 hours.
