Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 8 oz shredded monterey jack
  • cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. in large, ovenproof skillet brown ground beef, drain. set aside. In same skillet saute onion and mushrooms in oil. Add ground beef, tomato soup and drained green beans. Stir to combine. top with shredded monterey jack cheese and place in oven 5-10 minutes, till cheese is melted. Serve.
