Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. cheese
- 1 c. water
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown chuck, onion and bell pepper.
- Drain chuck.
- Mix in large bowl all ingredients except cheese.
- Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Top with cheese.
- Cover with foil; cook at 325° for 1 hour.
