Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can peas
- 1 large can tomatoes (do not drain)
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Saute beef with onion until beef is done; drain.
- Drain corn and peas.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix beef and onion mixture with corn, peas and undrained tomatoes.
- Add noodles and place in large casserole dish.
- Place enough grated Cheddar cheese to cover top.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Cheese should be bubbly.
