Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 large can tomatoes (do not drain)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Saute beef with onion until beef is done; drain.
  • Drain corn and peas.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix beef and onion mixture with corn, peas and undrained tomatoes.
  • Add noodles and place in large casserole dish.
  • Place enough grated Cheddar cheese to cover top.
  • Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Cheese should be bubbly.
