Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Irish potatoes
- onions
- grated cheese
- water
Method
- Brown ground beef.
- Layer 1/2 of the beef in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Peel potatoes and slice thinly over the beef. Then add a layer of onions and a layer of grated cheese.
- Pour cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water over the meat and vegetables.
- Repeat layers (meat, potatoes, onions and cheese). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
