Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Irish potatoes
  • onions
  • grated cheese
  • water

Method

  • Brown ground beef.
  • Layer 1/2 of the beef in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  • Peel potatoes and slice thinly over the beef. Then add a layer of onions and a layer of grated cheese.
  • Pour cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water over the meat and vegetables.
  • Repeat layers (meat, potatoes, onions and cheese). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
