Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (10 slices) ham lunch meat
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 10 slices American cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
Method
- Mix cream cheese, chives and onion flakes.
- Take one piece of ham, 1 piece of cheese and spread with cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up pinwheel style and secure with 5 toothpicks.
- Repeat procedure with rest of the ingredients.
- Chill for one hour.
- Slice each roll into 5 pieces.
- Yields 50 rolls.
