Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. minced onion flakes
- 2 tsp. drained horseradish
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. white wine (Rhine is good)
- 1/2 lb. sliced boiled ham
Method
- Combine the first 5 ingredients and
- spread on ham slices and roll up.
- Chill overnight.
- Cut into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces. Serve with toothpicks.
- Can be made 1 to 2 days ahead and refrigerated.
