Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Butter
  • 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Mustard
  • 18 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 2- 1/2 cups Cubed Fully-cooked Ham
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas, Thawed
  • 2 whole Hard Cooked Eggs, Peeled, And Chopped
  • 1 whole Refrigerated Rolled Pie Crust

Method

  • Melt butter; stir in flour, salt, mustard, and pepper until smooth.
  • Slowly whisk in milk and onion; bring to a boil.
  • Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  • Stir in ham, peas, and eggs.
  • Pour into an ungreased 8 square or 11x7 baking dish.
  • Cut pastry to fit and place over everything; trim to fit and cut slits on the crust to vent steam while cooking.
  • Bake at 425 degrees F for 25 minutes.
