Ingredients
- 2 lb. ham, ground
- 1 lb. pork roast, ground
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients and make balls.
- Mix next 4 ingredients, pour over balls.
- Bake, covered with foil, 1 hour at 350° then, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
