Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked rice (2/3 c. raw)
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. diced ham
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Save 1/3 of soup and milk.
- Mix remaining soup and milk.
- Pour over the rice, pepper and ham in a glass casserole.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on the cheese.
- Pour saved milk and soup (mixed together) over the casserole.
- Bake at 350°
- for 30 minutes.
