Ingredients

  • 1/2 sticks Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Hazelnut Spread (such As JIF Or Nutella)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x9 pan.
  • In the bowl of your mixer, on medium speed, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and chocolate hazelnut spread.
  • On low speed, mix in the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips until combined.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared pan, using a spatula or your hands to spread the dough.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the edges are set. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
