Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
  • 1 pkg. au gratin potato mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • butter as directed on box

Method

  • Cut luncheon meat into 8 slices; place in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.
  • Top with potatoes from 1 package dry au gratin potato mix, mushrooms and cheese sauce mix from potato mix. Continue as directed on box, adding 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to butter and boiling water called for.
  • Cover; bake at 400° for 40 minutes.
