Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 medium chopped carrots
- 1 medium cubed potato
- 1 medium sliced onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained)
Method
- Brown ground beef in deep skillet.
- Drain excess fat.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
