Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 oz american cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1 lb cooked ham, diced (2 c.)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cook onion and green peppers in margarine until tender.
  • Stir in flour and pepper
  • Add milk and brig to a boil.
  • Reduce heat; add shredded cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Stir until cheese melts.
  • Combine potatoes and ham with sauce.
  • Place in a baking dish.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes.
