Ingredients
- 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 100 g (3 1/2 oz) ham, thinly sliced
- 150 g (5 1/2 oz) tinned crushed pineapple, well drained
- 40 g (1 1/2 oz/1/3 cup) grated cheddar cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). Lightly grease two large baking trays.
2. Lay out the pastry sheets. Brush with the beaten egg.
3. Sprinkle with the ham, pineapple and cheese.
4. Roll each sheet up firmly and evenly. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut each roll into 12 rounds.
5. Place the wheels on the baking trays. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Serve warm or hot.
