Ingredients
- 12 slices bread
- 1 lb. chipped ham
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 9 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Place 6 slices bread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Add ham and cheese.
- Top with 6 more slices of bread.
- Beat eggs, add salt, pepper and mustard.
- Add milk.
- Cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
