Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (2 lb.) O'Brien frozen hash browns
  • 2 c. fully cooked ham
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) potato soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 Tbsp. pepper

Method

  • Mix hash browns, ham, 1/2 cup cheese and onion.
  • In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper.
  • Add to potato mix. Mix well.
  • Put in a 3 quart greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately an hour or until potatoes are tender.
