Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 lb.) O'Brien frozen hash browns
- 2 c. fully cooked ham
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheese soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) potato soup, undiluted
- 1/4 Tbsp. pepper
Method
- Mix hash browns, ham, 1/2 cup cheese and onion.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper.
- Add to potato mix. Mix well.
- Put in a 3 quart greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350° for approximately an hour or until potatoes are tender.
