Ingredients
- 4 purchased croissants
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices leg ham
Mustard cream
- ⅓ cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Method
1. Preheat oven to moderate 180°C. Slice croissants in half horizontally. Lay a slice of Swiss cheese on each base, place on an oven tray. Place croissant tops, cut-side down on oven tray. Cook for 5 minutes, until cheese has melted and croissants are crisp.
2. Place ham on top of cheese, spread mustard cream on ham and replace top of croissant, serve immediately.
3. To make Mustard Cream: Place the mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard in a small bowl and mix well.
