Ingredients
- 2 lb. halibut, chunked
- 1 small jar artichoke hearts
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. wine
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 8 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Melt margarine; stir in flour.
- Add milk, wine, hot sauce and cheese.
- Heat sauce until cheese melts; pour over fish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Bake uncovered.
