Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup coarse bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp minced tarragon
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 5oz halibut or cod filets
  • 4 tsp mayo
  • 2 tsp prepared horse radish
  • Lemon wedges

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400F
  • 2. Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add bread crumbs, tarragon,
  • lemon rind, salt and pepper. Stir well.
  • 3. Place halibut on a parchment lined baking sheet. Combine mayo & horseradish, spread over each filet. Top with crumbs, patting lightly to help them adhere. Bake 10-12 min, or until fish is tender and crumbs are golden.
