- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup coarse bread crumbs
- 2 tsp minced tarragon
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 5oz halibut or cod filets
- 4 tsp mayo
- 2 tsp prepared horse radish
- Lemon wedges
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 400F
- 2. Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add bread crumbs, tarragon,
- lemon rind, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- 3. Place halibut on a parchment lined baking sheet. Combine mayo & horseradish, spread over each filet. Top with crumbs, patting lightly to help them adhere. Bake 10-12 min, or until fish is tender and crumbs are golden.
