Ingredients
- 2 bunches turnips
- 2 bunches collards
- 2 bunches mustard greens
- 1 ham hock
- dash of salt
- hot sauce to taste
Method
- Cover ham hock with water.
- Boil on medium heat until tender. Pick and wash greens under running water.
- Add greens to ham hock pot.
- Cook on medium heat until vegetable are tender.
- Serve with hot sauce or chow chow.
