Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollop*
- 6 1/8 ounces white fish cooked
- 6 1/8 ounces cooked smoked haddock
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
- 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
Method
- Mix together the potatoes, fish, spring onions, mayonnaise and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into balls and flatten, dust in some seasoned flour and fry in the oil for 5 minutes (turning halfway).
- Mix the wholegrain mustard and mayonnaise together and serve with fishcakes.
