Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollop*
  • 6 1/8 ounces white fish cooked
  • 6 1/8 ounces cooked smoked haddock
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
  • 3 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*

Method

  • Mix together the potatoes, fish, spring onions, mayonnaise and parsley.
  • Shape the mixture into balls and flatten, dust in some seasoned flour and fry in the oil for 5 minutes (turning halfway).
  • Mix the wholegrain mustard and mayonnaise together and serve with fishcakes.
