Ingredients
- 1 ripe Hass avocado
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut the avocado in half around the pit and remove pit.
- With a spoon, scoop the avocado pulp out of the skin into a medium bowl, and mash the pulp.
- Add all other ingredients and mix together until blended.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cover surface of guacamole with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
