Ingredients
- 2 large firm-ripe avocados peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup white minced onion
- 2 tablespoons of minced cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice(to taste)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon minced serrano or jalapeno chile
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 pinches of cayenne pepper
Method
- In a med. bowl, combine all the ingredients and mash with a large fork until desired texture.
