Ingredients
- 4 medium avocado
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 large Roma tomato, sliced into chunks
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Peel and pit avocados, reserving one pit.
- Mash avocados and add onions and tomatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir. Place reserved avocado pit in center of mixture and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to blend spices.
- Use plastic wrap to cover instead of foil.
- Foil will brown the mixture.
- Discard the pit and serve immediately.
