Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. minced green onion
- sugar to taste
- garlic to taste
- salt to taste
- dash of Tabasco
- 1/2 ripe tomato, peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mash avocados with fork.
- Scrape tomato pulp into avocados. Mix with onion and other ingredients.
- Serve on lettuce and garnish with 2 pieces of crisp cooked tortillas.
- The bright green slick skinned avocados have a better flavor, if they are available.
