Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 onion, diced fine
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 bags corn or tortilla chips
- 2 tomatoes, diced fine
- 1 can Ortega chilies, chopped fine
Method
- Halve and pit avocados; remove from skin with spoon.
- Mash with other ingredients, combine thoroughly.
- Chill 1 to 2 hours (if longer, avocado may start to discolor).
- Serve as dip with chips.
