Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
Method
- Brown ground beef with onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
- Spoon into 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix soup, milk, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Pour over ground beef mixture. Arrange biscuits over top.
- Bake at 450° until biscuits are golden brown.
- Yields 8 servings.
