Ingredients
- 1 package tofu squares, prefried
- 1 x cucumbers juliened
- 1 x carrots
- 1 x mung bean sprouts
- 1 x pineapple sliced, thinly/strips
Method
- 1) grill the tofu squares lightly then cut the sides open then stuff the julienned vegs.
- 2) Eat with sauce : 1 part chilli sauce 1 part lemon juice, sugar to taste.
