- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 Tbsp. dill weed
- 1 small onion, shredded
- 2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, in a deep bowl.
- Add shrimp and stir gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.
