Ingredients
- 2 c. Minute rice, cooked
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whip
- 3/4 celery
- 3/4 c. onions
- 3/4 green pepper
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Saute celery, onions and green pepper in oleo.
- Mix all together, then add cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour into 3-quart Pyrex bowl (greased) and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Can be frozen.
- Allow 20 minutes to defrost.
