Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin
- 2 c. hot water
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 qt. cold water
- 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1 (16 oz.) can concentrated lemon juice
- lime sherbet
Method
- Dissolve
- gelatin
- in hot water.
- Add sugar, then lemon juice, pineapple juice and water.
- Mix and pour over sherbet. Makes 2 gallons or 64 four ounce servings.
