Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tomatoes (chunks)
Method
- Slice round steak into 1/4-inch strips.
- Combine all ingredients in crock-pot and cook until tender (about 8 hours) or can be baked at 400° for 1 1/2 hours.
