Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tomatoes, wedged
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 c. water
Method
- Cut beef into thin strips. Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
- Add beef.
- Toss and set aside.
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add beef and toss over high heat until browned. Add vegetables and cook 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to beef.
- Stir and cook until thickened.
- Add tomato wedges.
