Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup finely sliced green onion
Method
- combine first five ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- add green onions.
- let batter rest for 30-60 minutes.
- heat an 8-inch over medium heat.
- pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and tilt to cover bottom of pan.
- turn crepe once to cook on both sides.
- fill with savory filling or serve with sour cream.
