Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely sliced green onion

Method

  • combine first five ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • add green onions.
  • let batter rest for 30-60 minutes.
  • heat an 8-inch over medium heat.
  • pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet and tilt to cover bottom of pan.
  • turn crepe once to cook on both sides.
  • fill with savory filling or serve with sour cream.
