Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. chopped green olives
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. olive oil
Method
- In large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
- Stir in hot water, milk and olive oil.
- Mix in enough flour to make dough soft.
- Add the olives and knead 4 minutes.
