Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 (7 1/2 ounce. each) cans chopped clams, reserving liquid from one can
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounce. green fettucini, cooked and liquid removed
Method
- Saute/fry garlic in butter till tender, about 2 min.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.
- Cook over low heat 7 min, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over noodles.
- Serves 4-5.
