Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork roast or chops, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 potatoes, cubed*
- 5 or 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cans (4 oz. each) diced green chilies
- 2 cans (16 oz. each) tomatoes
Method
- Brown meat in oil.
- Add a little water and cook pork slowly for 30 to 40 minutes or until cubes are done.
- Drain.
- Add flour to meat and stir to coat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened and potatoes are done.
- Serves 6.
