Ingredients
- 3 cans French green beans, drained
- 1 can mushrooms
- 6 to 8 strips bacon
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Fry bacon; set aside to cool.
- In bacon grease, mix vinegar, sugar and water.
- Add flour to thicken.
- Crumble bacon and add to beans and mushrooms.
- Pour sauce over bean mixture.
- Add onion rings for topping.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
