Ingredients
- 8 to 12 small whole onions, peeled
- 1 lb. green beans
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/6 tsp. pepper
Method
- Put onions into small amount of boiling salted water in saucepan. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until onions are tender.
