Ingredients
- 2 lb. stew beef, cut bite size
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms and liquid
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans golden mushroom soup
Method
- Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
- Stir together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
