Ingredients
- 3# French Green beans
- 8oz butter
- 3q water
- 2c almonds, sliced and toasted
- 4 oranges segmented
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1. In a saute' pan, cook butter until brown with nutty aroma
- 2. strain through coffee filter to remove burnt butter solids
- 3. wash beans, snip stem ends
- 4. Bring water to boil, cook beans until tender
- 5.
- when ready, strain water, add braown butter and almonds
- 6. season with salt and pepper. Garnish ith Orange segments.
