Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • garlic powder to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • parsley, washed, dried and chopped

Method

  • In a large bowl, combine all the drained cans of beans and add oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, sliced onion and parsley. Mix well. Let beans marinate (soak) for at least 2 hours. You do not have to refrigerate it. Serves 8 to 10 people.
