Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- garlic powder to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 onion, sliced
- parsley, washed, dried and chopped
Method
- In a large bowl, combine all the drained cans of beans and add oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, pepper, sliced onion and parsley. Mix well. Let beans marinate (soak) for at least 2 hours. You do not have to refrigerate it. Serves 8 to 10 people.
