Ingredients

  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole or cut green beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) cans French fried onions (divided)

Method

  • In mixing bowl combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Gently stir in beans.
  • Spoon half of the mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of the onions.
  • Spoon remaining bean mixture over the top.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
  • Sprinkle with remaining onions.
  • Return to oven for 5 minutes or until onions are brown and crispy. Yields 10 servings.
