Ingredients

  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onions
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. slivered almonds

Method

  • Mix beans, corn, pepper, onions and celery in bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix sour cream, soup and cheese.
  • Combine soup and vegetables.
  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  • Top with crackers, butter and almonds.
  • Bake in oven 30 to 45 minutes.
