- 1 can French green beans, drained
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. slivered almonds
Method
- Mix beans, corn, pepper, onions and celery in bowl.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream, soup and cheese.
- Combine soup and vegetables.
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Top with crackers, butter and almonds.
- Bake in oven 30 to 45 minutes.
