Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk Or Light Cream
  • 4 ounces, weight Good Quality, Dark Chocolate
  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Good Quality Cocoa Powder

Method

  • In a small saucepan, heat the evaporated milk just a couple of minutes. Do not boil.
  • Pour the milk over the chocolate and stir until all of the chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool.
  • In a small bowl, whip the yogurt with a fork until it becomes fluffy. Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt. Add the chocolate mixture to the yogurt and stir thoroughly until combined.
  • Transfer to serving bowls. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set up.
