Ingredients
- 1/3 cups Evaporated Milk Or Light Cream
- 4 ounces, weight Good Quality, Dark Chocolate
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Good Quality Cocoa Powder
Method
- In a small saucepan, heat the evaporated milk just a couple of minutes. Do not boil.
- Pour the milk over the chocolate and stir until all of the chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, whip the yogurt with a fork until it becomes fluffy. Stir the cocoa powder into the yogurt. Add the chocolate mixture to the yogurt and stir thoroughly until combined.
- Transfer to serving bowls. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set up.
